To duplicate an existing ledger granularity rule:

  1. Do one of the following: 
    - In Portfolio Data Center, in the left navigation pane, click Portfolio Desk > Accounting Portfolio Rules > Ledger Granularity> Duplicate Existing Ledger Granularity Rule.
    - In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Admin Portfolio Rules > Ledger Granularity > Duplicate > Duplicate Existing Ledger Granularity Rule.
    You see the Duplicate Existing Ledger Granularity Rule panel.
  2. In the New Ledger Granularity Rule Name field, enter the name of the ledger granularity rule you want to add.
  3. In the Existing Ledger Granularity Rule Name field, select the name of the ledger granularity rule with details you want to duplicate.
    When you select the rule name, the Existing Ledger Granularity Rule field displays the instance number for that ledger granularity rule. The Existing Granularity Pool field displays the name of the granularity pool associated with the selected ledger granularity rule.
  4. Click Submit.
