  1. In User Administration, click Setup and then click DB Users.
    You see a list of all the available database users.
  2. To quickly find a user, click the Find button.
  3. To lock a database user, click the user whose User Status is OPEN and click Lock.
  4. Note that User Status is now LOCKED and the Lock option is grayed out.
    The status change for the selected user has been processed.
  5. To unlock a database user, click the user whose User Status is LOCKED and click Unlock.
  6. Note that User Status is now OPEN and the Unlock option is grayed out.
    The status change for the selected user has been processed.
  7. If needed, refresh, print, or export the information displayed in the workspace.
