In User Administration, the Administrative Statistics workspace provides high level user account and activity statistics and allows you to search for specific users and roles.
To review statistics and search for users and roles:

  1. In User Administration, click Administrative Statistics in the left navigation.
  2. Under User Statistics, review user account and activity information and click the appropriate link to access more details.In this example, click the Locked Users link to access the Users workspace which shows more details for the two (2) locked accounts.
  3. To close the Users workspace and return to the Administrative Statistics workspace, click the X in the Users bottom tab.
  4. To search for a user, under Search, click to select Users and enter the user's name.The system uses type ahead to match the text you entered and retrieves all matching users.
  5. To search by other user criteria, click the User Full Name drop down and select the criteria.
  6. To search by [application role, under Search, click to select Roles and enter the role name.The system uses type ahead to match the text you entered and retrieves all matching roles.
  7. To search by other role criteria, click the Application Role drop down and select the criteria.
  8. To refresh the information you see in the Administrative Statistics workspace, click Refresh on the toolbar.
