  1. In the Portfolio Desk workspace, click the appropriate category in the left navigation.
    The Entity Summary workspace opens, displaying all available entities.
  2. Click the View By drop-down list and then select All.
  3. Complete the search criteria and then click Search.
    Click an entity in the list to see the list of The system displays the entities that match the search criteria.
  4. To view the exceptions associated with that an entity in the bottom (exceptions) pane, click that entity in the list.
