To manually book a close trade for an interest rate swap:

1. From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.
2. Enter Book Trade in the Start Search text box.
3. Click the Book Trade (Accounting Center) link to access the Book Trade toolIn the Accounting Center, in the left navigation, click Transactions > Trades.
   You see the Book Trade workspace.
4. Complete the options in the Search Details pane and click Search.
   You see the search results based on the criteria you selected.
5. Select the row with the security you want to trade.
6. On the Book Trade tab, in the Actions group, click the Action Rules arrow, point to Close, and click Close Swap Contract.
   You see the Close Interest Rate Swap panel.
7. Complete the options on the Close Interest Rate Swap panel.
8. Click Submit.
