You can print the loopbacks data displayed in the workspace. You can also export loopback data to various file formats for additional research. To distribute loopback data, you can access loopback data in the Accounting Desk's Global Process workspace. You can also access loopbacks from the Automation Desk's Monitor workspace.

Export Loopback Data

To export all loopbacks displayed in the Global Process workspace:

  1. From the Accounting Desk workspace, click Global Process.
    You see the Global Process workspace.
  2. In the Loopbacks pane, select the loopbacks you want to review.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Save the results and select the appropriate file format.
    Options include:
    - Excel (*.xls)
    - Comma Separated (*.csv)
    - Text File (*.txt)
  5. Enter the name of the file and select where you want to save this field on your file system.
  6. Click Save. 
  7. All rows in the Loopbacks pane are exported to a file.

Export Loopback Details

To export loopback details:

  1. From the Accounting Desk workspace, click Global Process.
    You see the Global Process workspace.
  2. In the Loopback Details pane, select the loopback details you want to review.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Save the results and select the appropriate file format.
    1. Options include: 
      - Excel (*.xls)
      - Comma Separated (*.csv)
      - Text File (*.txt)
  5. Enter the name of the file and select where you want to save this field on your file system.
  6. Click Save.  
    All rows in the Loopback Details pane are exported to a file.

Export the Loopback Message

To export the message for loopback details:

  1. From the Accounting Desk workspace, click Global Process.
    You see the Global Process workspace.
  2. In the Loopbacks Detail pane, select the loopback details you want to review.
  3. Right-click and then click Show Loopback Details. 
  4. You see the Loopback Message tab and the Exception Details tab for the selected loopback details row.
  5. Click the Loopback Message tab and then click the icon for the file format to use. 
    Options include:
    - Excel (Office Xml)
    - Excel (CSV)
    - Text (TXT)
  6. Enter the name of the file and select where you want to save this field on your file system.
  7. Click Save.  
    The loopback message is exported to a file.

WRITERS NOTE: these are Automation Center's procedures. Are they out of date? Now I see an Excel window appear. If I click a loopback, the export dialog box shows all events? should I be able to export one event or all events? export details just exports details. What about Print? What is expected behavior?
