Before you install the Eagle product suite and log in, verify that you have successfully installed .NET Framework 4.0 on your system.

Log in to Eagle for the First Time

To log in for the first time:

  1. Open your browser and enter the address of the environment where you wish to log in.
  2. Verify that you have successfully installed the .NET Framework 4.0 before you install the Eagle product suite.
  3. Click the Run Eagle button to install the Eagle product suite on your desktop.

  4. Enter or select a valid Eagle environment server from the Server drop down list and enter your User Name and Password for that server.
  5. Click Log in.
    You see the Eagle Home page. In the Eagle Home page, you can click the ? in the top right corner to access the Eagle Gateway where you can find product information including online help. In the bottom right corner, you can mouse over the globe icon to see the status of individual processing engines.
  6. Click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator. The Eagle Navigator allows you to access all Eagle centers and components. 
  7. To close all Eagle programs and log out, click the Eagle Navigator button and click Sign Out.

Log in to Eagle via a Shortcut

To log in via a shortcut:

  1. Go to the Start Menu on your computer, click All Programs, select Eagle Investment Systems LLC, and double click Eagle V13.X. Or, double click the Eagle V13.X shortcut on your desktop.
    You see the Eagle Home page. In the Eagle Home page, you can click the ? in the top right corner to access the Eagle Gateway where you can find product information including online help. In the bottom right corner, you can mouse over the globe icon to see the status of individual processing engines.
  2. Click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.
    The Eagle Navigator allows you to access all Eagle centers and components.
  3. To close all Eagle programs and log out, click the Eagle Navigator button and click Sign Out.

  • Shortcuts are created on your desktop and in your Start menu under All Programs, Eagle Investment Systems LLC folder. You can use these shortcuts after the initial login.
  • In the Eagle Navigator's User Preferences, you can customize what you see when you log in to the Eagle product suite by designating an Eagle center or component to launch automatically. 
  • You can also use the User Administration window in the System Management Center to designate a default login center or component at the application role level.
