Views are on-screen displays of performance calculation data. You can customize a view by status, entity, effective date, frequency, and other criteria. Each row in a view represents the performance calculation results for a single entity across specific effective dates. There are two categories of views listed under My Views in the right navigation: ■
- Views. You are the owner of these views. As the owner, you can edit, delete, transfer ownership, and migrate the view.

- Published Views. You have been granted access to these views by the owner of the view. You can submit a published view but you cannot modify it. However, you can duplicate the view and rename it to create your own view and change the filter criteria.

When you submit a view, an SQL query retrieves performance calculation data based on the criteria defined by the owner.
To submit a view: 1. From

Whether you are the owner or not, you can adjust how the view is displayed in the workspace. Creating groups and sub-groups or changing the arrangement of columns does not change the view itself.
The following are the view configuration options: ■
- Group. Click a column header and drag it to the place labelled Drag a column here to group.

- Sub-group. Click a second column header and drag it next to the first header.

- Remove a group. Click the X next to the column header.

- Collapse a group. Click the up arrow next to the group header.

- Expand a group. Click the down arrow next to the group header.

- Change column order. Select a column header and drag it to a new position.

- Create default view. Click the Make this my default view check box.
