The Trading Gain/Loss report is a Control Center report that displays the components that make up trade details, trading gain loss, and the associated price variances from the prior day's price.
To create the Trading Gain/Loss report: 1. From
- From the Accounting Center window, click Reporting in the left navigation.

- Double click Investment Accounting, Mutual Fund Reports, and Trading Gain/Loss.

- You see the Trading Gain/Loss panel.

- Complete the fields on the Trading Gain/Loss panel.

- Click Submit and then click Advanced Report or Classic Grid Report.

- The report appears on your desktop for the view selected.

- Entity ID. Specifies a portfolio, sector portfolio, composite portfolio, or Master Fund by the entity ID of the entity.

- Filter Security By. Allows you to show/hide additional report filters. To use this option, you must select Yes for your report filter option.

– Security Cross Reference (Default). If you select this option the panel unhides the Xref Type and Xref Security ID fields for data entry.
– Issue Name. If you select this option, the panel unhides the Issue Name field for data entry.
