You can create a new change in the Create New panel. 

To create an exchange:

1. In the Setup workspace,in the left navigation, click Exchanges>Create Exchange.
   You see the Create Exchange panel.
2. Click the Depository ID drop-down and select an Exchange ID.
3. Optionally, enter a Description other than the description that defaults from the Exchange ID.
4. Optionally, enter a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI).
5. Click Submit & Close.
6. Review the information in the status window and click Ok to submit.
