To edit reference data field settings:

  1. In the Setup workspace, in the left naviagtion pane, select Metadata>Reference Data Field Settings from the left naviagtion pane.
    You see the Reference data Field Settings workspace with the current list of fields.
  2. Double click on the field you would like to edit.
    You see the Edit Field wizard.
