1. In the Reference Desk workspace, click Legal Entities in the left navigation pane, click Legal Entities and then click Legal Entities Cross Reference>Create Cross Reference.
   You see the Create Legal Entity Cross Reference panel.
2. From the drop-down, select the Issuer ID or Name.  If you select the issuer ID, the name field will automatically populate. If you select, Name, the issuer ID field automatically populates.
3. Select the Sub Issuer ID Type from the drop-down.
4. Enter the Sub Issuer ID.
5. Click Submit.
   You see the Status Window with the per row status information.
6. Click Ok to close the window and return to the Create Legal Entity Cross Reference panel.
