  1. In the Reference Desk workspace, click Securities in the left navigation pane, click Securities. 
    You see the Securities workspace with all the available securities.
  2. Click the View By drop down and select Security or Exception.
  3. Complete the required search criteria and click the Search button.
    You see the search results based on the criteria you selected.
  4. Click the security or exception you wish to audit and click Audit.
    You see the Security Audit window with a list of all historical changes by field, including the original value, new value, and the user ID and date timestamp for the change.
  5. Close the Security Audit bottom tab to return to the Securities workspace.
