The Edit Multiple screen enables you to edit multiple securities at once.
To edit multiple securities:
- Select the rows to edit and then from the right-click menu, select Edit.
You see the Edit Multiple screen. In the Data-Type drop-down list, select the data type.
Info Note: Once the data type field is populated, the Field and Value fields then become enabled and required. - Click Check Security Status.
You see the status of the selected securities in the table below. - Review the status of the securities and delete any unwanted securities by clicking on the corresponding red x. If all securities can be successfully updated, you will see a message indicating success.
- Click Ok.
