By default, the WRHSTRADEEXTRAXT returns all records within a Batch (trades with same Batch Key: Entity+Source+Effective Date+Security), even if only one trade from the Batch was updated since the prior run. An additional DeltaBased global parameter was introduced, in order for WRHSTRADEEXTRAXT WRHSTRADEEXTRACT to return transactions loaded only after the prior run.
