The Transaction Cost Inclusion Rule allows you to include specific transaction types based on message type, event type, and processing security type when calculating the Transaction Costs factor component of the /wiki/spaces/PDDRAFT/pages/10610114599 Swing Factor. The system includes the transactions identified by the rule in the Total Settlement Amount Base and Total Expense values. If no inclusion rule exists, then all MTOPEN and MTCLOSE transactions are included in the transaction costs factor component.

The Eagle Default Inclusion rule include setups for all the MTOPEN/BUY and MTOPEN/SELL transactions. You can use this rule as a baseline to create your custom inclusion rules.
