Click Customize.
You see the Widgets dialog box displaying a list of available widgets.
To include a widget in your dashboard, select a widget and click Add to move it into the Selected Widgets column. Or, click Add All to select all the available widgets.Click Remove or Remove All, as needed.
When you are satisfied with your selections, click OK. The selected widgets appear on your Dashboard.
Once the widgets are displayed in the dashboard, you can remove a widget by clicking the X in the upper right corner.
Use the icons along the top of the Dashboard to choose how you want the widgets to be displayed in your dashboard. The options are:
- All widgets open.
- One widget open at a time. Links to the other widgets appear in the left navigation.To view a widget in full-screen mode, click the maximize icon.
Available Widgets

Environment Monitor | Displays the status of engines, warehouse engines, Message Center streams, TPE Server, and Scheduler. |
Exceptions | Displays exceptions by exception status, date range, and message type/sub type. |
Help | Provides links to the Client Portal, Training, and the corporate home page of BNY |

Loopbacks | Displays the total number of generated loopbacks and a break down by pending, processed, rejected, and overriden status. A Refresh button enables you to view updated statistics. |
Message Center | Displays a live Message Stream Summary from the Message Center. Data is presented for EJM tasks, File Statistics, Message Status, and Stream Statistics. This widget also supports quick navigation to the appropriate workspace based on the selected data elements. A Refresh button enables you to update the data. |
News | This feature is no longer applicable. It will be removed from the widget options in a future release. |
Shortcuts & Recent | Displays links to recently accessed Eagle solutions as well as any shortcuts you have added. To launch an application, double-click the link. |
User Administration | Displays User Accounts by number of users, administrators, advanced users, and simple users. It also displays Users Activity, including the number of register users, locked users, disabled users, active sessions, and idle sessions. |
