You can configure missing file alerts in the EJM Monitoring Tool. You can also configure file alerts in IWS.

In the current version, this option has a number of restrictions:
- Alerts can be configured only in the main workflow. To configure subprocess alerts, open the main workflow form and apply your settings.
- To use alerts in solutions created in older IWS versions, open them and re-save. This action will let you configure alerts.

To configure alerts for an EJM process:

  1. In the EJM Processes window, use the Search dialog box to search for a specific EJM process.

  2. In the EJM Process Summary pane, click the EJM process, right-click, and select Missing files settings.

  2. Review the Solution Properties form for the EJM process.

    If you did not select the main EJM process, you may see the following message.
