- search for schedules based on the Event Type, Event Name, Schedule Name, Recurrence Pattern, Update Source, Enable Flag, or Schedule Group. You can use the wildcard

- "*" when searching based on the Event Name and Schedule Name.
- Click the Distribution button, click the Export drop down, and select the appropriate file format. For example, select the CSV file format.
- In Excel, click Save As and enter the file name and the location where you wish to save this file.
- Click Save.All rows currently displayed in the Schedule workspace are exported to the file.
