In the Close Income Based Expense panel, you can close an income based expense.
To close an income based expense:
In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Expense > Income Based Expense > Close Income Based Expense.
You see the Close Income Based Expense panel.Complete the options in the Close Income Based Expense panel.
Click Submit.
