Before you can run EBS EDS Tool, ensure you meet the following conditions:
- MC2 and all the related components (pypy, pyrules, and so on) installed on the box are of version January 2019 or later.
- Eagle Web Services 3.0 interface is enabled on the IIS/Starsecurity side.
- .NET Framework version 4.6.2 installed. It can be downloaded and installed from the EBS EDS start page.
