One Field Attribute per Mart Column Name
Data Mart enforces the rule that only one field attribute, as identified by its unique field identifier, can be associated with a particular column name, including group column names, in the mart. With Multiple Marts, this rule is still enforced, but only within a given Mart instance. That means you can take your enterprise standard field attribute for market value and call it "MKT_VAL" in one Mart instance but "POSITION_VALUE" in another instance. The blue dot that appears next to a currently-used field attribute in the Add section of the Model Edit tab will not appear if that field is used in another Mart instance, but not in the one you are currently configuring.

Schedules and Event Packages
When you set up an Event Package to build Mart data on a scheduled basis, events of the Data Mart Manager Engine appear as event names that start with the Mart instance they come from, and append the schedule name you created in that instance as shown in Event Options Dialog Box. You can create event packages that combine schedules from more than one instance.
