Using the Global Process workspace, you can:
Monitor the progress of the STAR engine in processing specific global events. or all events that occurred within a period of time.
Identify the processing duration of each event.
View summary and detailed information for processed and rejected events.
Initiate global jobs on an ad-hoc basis, and monitor their status. Global processing panels are consolidated in one place for ease of use.
View information about rejected messages based on information in the Exceptions workspace.
To manage global processes in Accounting Center:
In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing and Exceptions > Global Processes.
You see the Global Process workspace.

Use the Global Process workspace to monitor the loopback activity you want to review.
The workspace include the following panes:
- Loopbacks Summary. Displays the loopback summary time frame and associated statistics including loopback status and high level totals.
- Loopbacks Search Detail. Provides criteria used to search for jobs associated with loopbacks.
- Loopbacks. Displays the status of each job for the specified system date and other search criteria. Summary results show a row for each Message Type/Event Type combination.
- Loopback Details. Displays account and security details for the selected job. For each Message Type/Event Type combination of summary results you select in the Loopbacks pane, the Loopback Details pane displays detail information.In the left navigation pane, select the options for panels that allow you to specify criteria for and run specific global processes.
To manage global processes in Automation Center:
In Automation Center, in the left navigation pane, click Automation Desk > Monitor > Loopbacks.
You see the Loopbacks workspace.On the Home tab, in the View group, click Action Rules to select the options for panels that allow you to specify criteria for and run specific global processes.
