By default, you can filter the view according to policy, field, status, and expiration date range. You can also add additional search criteria fields to the filter option, as required. In summary, the Overrides window allows you to see all active and non-active overrides in a single window for a set of entities or a single entity, allowing users to effectively view and manage overrides as a whole.
View Data Overrides
You can view all the data overrides you have committed so far.

In Portfolio Data Center, from the left navigation, select Portfolio Desk and click the appropriate entity type.
You see the Summary workspace with the available list of entities.On the Home tab, in the Override group, click Data Overrides.
You see the Data Overrides window. By default, you see the list of overrides that satisfy the default filter options.In the filter section, to customize the search for overrides, you can modify the default options, as needed.
Click the Policy list to select one or more policies in which the data override fields are available, as needed.
Click the Field list to select one or more fields for which the data override is applied, as needed.
Click the Status list to select the status of the override itself. The status indicate the status of the data override. Options include:
- Active & Inactive. Lists both the active and inactive data overrides. If the data override lies in the specified time frame for validity at the time of the search, then it is in Active status. If the time frame for validity is ended, then the data override is in Inactive status.
- Active Only. Lists only the Active overrides. If the override's End Date is set to the most recent effective date, a future date, or no end date, the override is in Active status.
- Inactive Only. Lists only the Inactive overrides. These are overrides where the Expiration Date or End Date is prior to the current effective date.In the Expiration Date period, select the End Date time period for which you want to search the data overrides, if needed.
The End Date is the actual expiration date of the data override.Click Search.
You see the search returns a list of overrides that satisfy the filter criteria.In the search pane, select Save/Save as to save the filter criteria.
Click Clear All to clear the search.
Select Make this my default view check box to make the search view as your default.
Edit Data Overrides
You can view and edit the data overrides you have already committed, as long as the Expiration Date (or End Date) of the override is equal to or greater than today’s current effective date.
