  1. In SLA Management, click SLA in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLAs.

  2. Click the Search drop down on the ribbon to select the appropriate type of search. Or, click the double arrow to the right of the workspace.

  3. In the Search dialog box, complete the search criteria. Click Add to display additional criteria.

  4. Click the green Search button.
    You see the search results based on the SLA criteria you selected.

  5. Click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLA groups.

  6. Click the Search drop down on the ribbon to select the appropriate type of search. Or, click the double arrow to the right of the workspace.

  7. In the Search dialog box, complete the search criteria. Click Add to display additional criteria.

  8. Click the green Search button.
    You see the search results based on the SLA group criteria you selected.

  9. If needed, refresh, print, or export the information displayed in the workspace.
